ROB IS A PERSONAL TRAINER AND HEALTH COACH, AN AVID BASEBALL PLAYER, AN ENTHUSIASTIC DANCER AND MUSIC NERD, A FATHER OF TWO AND A HUSBAND OF ONE.
Rob has been helping people move better, get better and feel better since 2012.
An athlete of limited talent but unbridled passion, Rob’s interest in the universe of health and elite performance began on the baseball fields of Toronto and in the brisk waters of Lake Ontario, and continued through the exploration of the oceans (the warmer parts) and the mountains (the colder ones) of the world.
A love for dance, music and movement continues to inspire Rob’s coaching philosophy, as he has developed a unique style of practice that integrates exercise, lifestyle and nutrition for the realization of peak achievement in the world of sport and fitness.
He is a proud graduate of Toronto’s York University with a degree in Kinesiology & Health Science, and a graduate of the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. He holds certification as an Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine and as a Human Upgrade Potential Coach from the Bulletproof Training Institute.

10 × 30
30 minute sessions are designed for those who enjoy a high level of intensity from their workout. Workouts focus particular movement patterns and flow seamlessly from one exercise to another for a satisfying and efficient pump.

10 × 60
60 minute sessions are the complete experience, from warm-up to cooldown. A combination of supersets and high intensity intervals, with particular emphasis on specific movement patterns and functional movement, define these sessions.

I met with Rob to discuss ways in which I could build strength and improve my quality of life. Rob listened to my goals, developed a plan and we started twice a week sessions together. A number of exercises were difficult at the beginning and Rob was patient and adaptable, making sure I was building strength while avoiding the exercises I couldn’t manage. Within a short while I began to see results, with less back pain, better stamina while walking and overall better fitness.
I’ve seen tremendous improvement in my strength and flexibility and Rob has continued to help me improve. Rob is knowledgeable, supportive and lots of fun to train with and I’d recommend him without hesitation.
